Welcome to ArchBuild, an online marketplace for construction hardware and house plans. By accessing or using the ArchBuild mobile app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use ArchBuild.
2. By using our app, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Services Provided

ArchBuild allows users to:

1. Browse and purchase construction hardware and building materials.
2. Access and purchase professional house plans.
3. Track orders, payments, and deliveries.

4. User Accounts

1. You must create an account to make purchases.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
3. ArchBuild will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account if you fail to protect your credentials.

5. Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).
2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments may be made through Mobile Money, bank transfer, or any other method we may introduce.
4. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Orders & Delivery

1. Once an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via the app or email.
2. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location within Uganda.
3. ArchBuild is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

1. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
2. Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.
4. House plan purchases are non-refundable, as they are digital intellectual property.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All house plans, designs, images, and content on ArchBuild are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Users may not reproduce, resell, or distribute ArchBuild content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

1. Use ArchBuild for fraudulent transactions.
2. Interfere with the security or performance of the app.
3. Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorized access to ArchBuild systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. ArchBuild is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
3. ArchBuild does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

1. ArchBuild collects and processes user data in compliance with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
2. Personal information will only be used for service delivery and will not be sold to third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiations, and if unresolved, referred to the courts of Uganda.
